Item 2: Meaning of non-controversial in the fast track

Item 3: Technical, operational and other conditions in fast track approval with a focus on the similarities and differences between gTLDs & ccTLDS

Item 4: A very small number of  ccTLDs seem to have expressed expectation that they they will be consulted for any  “application” for a GTLD in “their” language.  

Is this expectation broadly shared? Are these ccTLDs aware of and engaged in ICANN's processes (GNSO & ccNSO)?
