Dear Registrars:

I'd like to open a private, off line dialog with registrars who were 
accredited with Verisign-GRS for the launch of the testbed for Multilingual 
Domains, as they were then called.

In particular, any problems with being recognized by Verisign as ML (now 
called IDN) rather than plain ASCII, for your registrations during the 
first three months or so.
