Dear Registrars:

This is a very important issue.  The voting period has been shortened to 
address this emergency.  If you haven't voted yet, you're in good company, 
42 of our eligible voters have *not* voted yet.  The ballot closes 
Wednesday, 24 September 2003 @ 1:00 pm PDT, about 77 hours from now.
